The Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi is hosting the second Ghayathi Al Ain festival from March 20-27 in Al Ain. The event features cultural activities, live performances, workshops, and family-friendly entertainment to celebrate Eid Al Fitr.


Ghayathi Al Ain Festival Kicks Off in Al Ain

The Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi presents the second edition of the 'Ghayathi Al Ain' festival with a new look and more cultural and entertainment experiences. The festival will run for eight days, from March 20 to 27, at the outdoor area of the Adnec Centre in Al Ain. The festival celebrates the spirit of Eid Al Fitr and the vibrant atmosphere of the Al Ain region through its packed program of live performances, age-appropriate entertainment activities, cultural events, and play areas, alongside a main theater hosting live performing and traditional arts shows. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore dedicated art spaces and participate in interactive workshops. The program features a variety of entertainment experiences, including a smash room, horse riding, bouncy play areas for children, as well as spaces that celebrate Abu Dhabi's rich culture. The festival contributes to enhancing the status of the Al Ain region as a preferred destination for both the local community and tourists. Eight days, during which the festival's events will run continuously, starting on the 20th of this month. The experience is complemented by a variety of shopping and dining options that blend Emirati flavors with international dishes. The 'Ghayathi Al Ain' festival embodies the authentic Emirati culture and community spirit of the Al Ain region, and its slogan, 'The Family Eid Festival,' reflects its role in strengthening social ties by providing a space for families and friends to come together and celebrate Eid Al Fitr.
